This newly completed tower is located on Central Memorial Park and Memorial Park library which have been designated national historic sites in the heart of Calgary’s welcoming, vibrant and highly sought after Beltline community. With the new construction of all City sidewalks, tree structural trenches, decorative and color concrete bands and parkade, ALSA brought this project to a new level of living.
