Junior Estimator

Job Description

The Junior Estimator will prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing project proposals, reviewing blueprints, and collaborating with other departments. Additionally, the Estimator will monitor market trends to deliver competitive and reliable estimates for various project scopes.

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree, or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Previous experience with road construction projects and knowledge of materials and methods
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and project documentation analysis
• Proficiency in using specialized estimation and project management software
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
